Close shave for travelers as DTC transport submerges under Minto Road Bridge
Close shave : Travelers on board a DTC transport had a close shave as the transport got submerged under the Minto Road Bridge Friday, following overwhelming downpours over the national capital, an officer from the Delhi Fire Services said.
The transport was conveying seven-eight people, including the driver and the conductor, and we were educated about the transport stuck in water around 4.15 pm, he included.
The fire fighters safeguarded the inhabitants of the transport securely, the officer stated, including that the activity went on for around thirty minutes.
The city got 52.4 mm of rain between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm on Friday.
