Thuruvananthapuram : APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (Kerala Technical University-KTU) has postponed all examinations schedule to begin from July 1 due to the Coronavirus pandemic situation in the state.

Today, Alappuzha district reported 5, Ernakulam 3, Kasaragod 8, Kannur 4, Kizhikode 13, Kollam 5, Kottayam 3, Malappuram 14, Pathanamthitta 3, Palakkad 1, Thiruvananthapuram 3, Thrissur 27 and Wayanad 2.
Thiruvananthapuram : The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued orange alert for Idukki district of Kerala. It is expected high rainfall in the district for today and tomorrow. Several districts in Kerala will receive heavy rainfall for next two days. A yellow alert of isolated of heavy rainfall has been sounded off in Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Malappuram and Lakshadweep on Friday.
Thiruvananthapuram : Sale of lottery tickets resume in the state after almost 2 months on Thursday. However, lottery selling is not allowed in containment zones . Also , due to complete lockdown day, selling of lottery tickets is allowed on Sunday. Lottery offices will not function on Saturday, but sellers and agents can sell lotteries except Sunday.
