PM Modi express his pain for the tragic demise of Sikh Pilgrims in Pakistan's Punjab

At least 29 people killed due to train-bus collision

At least 29 people , mostly Sikh Pilgrims, were killed when a passenger train crashed into a mini bus at an unnamed railway crossing in Punjab province of Pakistan. The accident took place on Friday in Sheikhpura district in Punjab , according to the statement from Imran Gondal, a Pakistani government official oversees Sikh Pilgrimages.

Myanmar : around 200 people were buried

At least 50 people killed in a monsoon-triggered Jade Mine landslide in Hpakant on Thursday morning around 6:30 a.m local time, the country’s fire service department and an information ministry official said “The Jade miners were smothered by a wave of mud, which hit after heavy rainfall. Search and rescue is ongoing”

Manila, Online Desk : The small South-East Asian country Philippines could see more than 2,14,000 new born babies next year largely due to unplanned pregnancies and shortage of contraceptives. The projections by the University of the Philippines population institute and the United Nations Population Fund (UNPF) , claims 2,14,000 more births to be born next year and it would be the country’s highest in over two decades.
