India said the report is overtly prejudiced and seeks to build a false narrative.

“India rejects the report. It is fraudulent, one-sided and roused. We question the goal in bringing out such a report, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) representative said.

MEA included that the report is a specific accumulation of generally unconfirmed data. It is clearly preferential and looks to assemble a false account.”

The UN today discharged a first of its kind cover charged human rights infringement in Kashmir, by the two India and Pakistan, and looked for a universal investigation into these misuse.

Attesting that there was a “dire need” to address the past and progressing human rights infringement, the report stated, “Any determination to the political circumstance in Kashmir should involve a promise to completion the cycles of brutality and responsibility for past and current human rights infringement.”

“The report disregards Indias sway and regional respectability. The whole province of Jammu and Kashmir is an indispensable piece of India. Pakistan is in unlawful and coercive control of a piece of the Indian state through animosity,” the MEA said.

India has just passed on its view and challenge against the answer to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
