BJP’s Law Violation Programme Today
West Bengal BJP’s Law Violation Programme in Basirhat (North 24 Parganas) turned violate on Monday 24th December 2018 . Several BJP Party workers and Police Personnel were injured after BJP’s Protest March in Basirhat against the TMC Government decision to not allow its proposed “Save Democracy Yatra ” also well known as “Rath Yatras” . The incident took place in Basirhat town , around 60 KM away from WB capital town Kolkata. According to the Police, they had tried to pacify the BJP workers ,but resources to Lathi-Charge to disperse the crowd after the party workers threw stone .

West Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh ,who leading the Protest Rally , claimed that the Stones were thrown by “Outsiders ” who had nothing to do with the Party.
We are Conducting Our ‘law Violation Programme’ peacefully, but the Police started unprovoked lathi-charge .Those who have pelted stones are outsiders , they have nothing to do with the BJP– Dilip Ghosh
TMC North 24 Parganas President and senior party leader Jyotiprioyo Mullick told that BJP was deliberately trying to create violence and demanded that Dilip Ghosh should be arrested for instigating violence in Basirhat .
