Earthquake in Bengal Politics : Mukul Roy

New Delhi : “This is just a trailer , the film is yet to begin” , Mukul Roy used this popular lines to elaborate the situation in Bengal politics. Today in a joining programme in party’s headquarter, TMC MLA from Kalchini (Alipurduar district) Wilson Champramary and ten members including ‘Sabhadhipati (chairman)’ of Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad joins BJP . MLA Wilson, South Dinajpur Zilla Parishad president Lipika Roy along with ten members and former MLA & TMCs leader (South Dinajpur) Biplab Mitra joins BJP in presence of BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya, Dilip Ghosh (State President) , Mukul Roy and Arjun Singh.

Speaking at the occasion , Kalilash Vijayvargiya reiterated his claims that Trinamool Congress leaders’ joining will take place in seven phases like Loksabha Election 2019. Mukul Roy said ” this is an earthquake in Bengal Politics” .He added “this is an extension of first phase joining . Yeh trailer hai, film abhi baki hai. When the seven phases will complete ,there will be no TMC government left in West Bengal”

After this massive joining , BJP takes control of South Dinajpur Zilla Parishad from TMC as 14 members out of 18 along with the chairman joined the party . TMC’s official reaction on this joining still not released .
