Marine Drive Police Registered an FIR against Poonam Pandey

Mumbai : Model cum actress Poonam Pandey and his friend was on Sunday arrested by Mumbai marine Drive Police for violating the basic norms of coronavirus lockdown. Poonam was found roaming in her high end car at Marine Drive without any reasons. Marine Drive Police was registered against her for violationg of lockdown principles.

According to our source , poonam Pandey and her friend Sam Ahamad Bombay were roaming around in a BMW card on Sunday around 8.10 pm. Marine Police already registered a FIR against Poonam & seized the car.

Senior Police Inspector Mrityunjay Hiremath told to PTI that “A case has been registered against Ms. Poonam Pandey and Sam Ahama Bombay under section 269 (negligent act likely to spread of a disease dangerous to life ) and section 188 (disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the IPC and under provisions of the National Disaster Act”
