Google Doodle remembers Iconic Bollywood actor Amrish Puri on his 87th birth anniversary. Amrish Puri born in Punjab on 22nd June 1932. He played his first role in cinema at the age of 39. Amrish Puri’s is best remembered for his dynamic role as “Mogambo” in the hit film Mr.India. His most popular dialogue which still alive is “Mogambo Khush Hua“. The actor played many other memorable roles as villain including Damini, Virassat and Nayak .

Amrish Puri worked in International Cinemas as well. He played iconic role in Hollywood Movies Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. He worked in films in other languages like Kannada ,Marathi, Punjabi, Malayalam, Telegu and Tamil. Watch “Mogambo Khush Hua” dialogue :

Amrish Puri passed away on December 27, 2004, after suffering from myelodysplastic Syndrome. But, Mogambo lovers still believe that “Mogambo‘ alive on their hearts. “Mogambo Khus Hua”.
