Dehradun : Uttarakhand coronavirus updates as on June 5 (Friday). Today, 46 new persons tested positive for novel coronavirus. Out of them, 5 from Almora, 2 from Chamoli, 2 from Champawat, 15 from Dehradun, 1 from Hardwar, 1 from Pauri Garhwal, 14 from Rudraprayag, and 6 from Tehri Garhwal.

Dehradun : Uttarakhand coronavirus updates as on May 25 (Monday). 15 new persons ( Chamoli 2, Dehradun 1, Haridwar 3, Pauri Garhwal 03, Pithloragarh 1, Tehri Garhwal 1 and US Nagar 4) tested positive with novel coronavirus taking the total number positive cases in the state to 332. Already 58 persons recovered and 4 deaths count.

Uttarakhand : A Mi 17 helicopter of the Indian Air Force, crash-arrived close Kedarnath on Tuesday morning while at the same time attempting to arrive a long way from the Kedarnath place of worship. ANI revealed that the helicopter discovered fire following the crash with the iron support while attempting to arrive at a helipad. The fire was later brought under control.

There were eight individuals — six travelers, pilot and co-pilot — locally available yet all are protected with minor wounds, an authority said. The uneven zone is very unsafe for helicopters. A court of request has been requested to find out the reason for the mishap. Congress pioneer Ashok Gehlot tweeted that he was “mitigated to know” that the IAF authorities on board were out of peril.

In October, 2017, a Mi-17 V5 helicopter of the IAF smashed close Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, murdering seven military faculty. Five IAF faculty, including two pilots, and two armed force men were executed in the crash close to the remote town of Tawang, near the China outskirt.

The Mi-17 is a military transport variation in the Mi-8/17 group of helicopters. It is delivered by Kazan Helicopters, an auxiliary of Russian Helicopters. The Mi-17 V5 variation has a most extreme take off weight of 13,000 kg. It can transport either 36 equipped troopers inside or 4,500 kg of load on a sling.

On 10 June, 2017, a chopper having a place with a Mumbai-based private flying organization smashed in Badrinath while taking off, slaughtering a specialist installed and harming two pilots.
