Shimla : After 9 months, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has broken the Kotkhai gangrape and kill instance of 16-year-old Gudiya.

The organization has captured the principle blamed behind the assault and murder for a 16-year-old young lady from Himachal Pradesh. The charged is being addressed by the organization in its Delhi Headquarter.

Sources have revealed to India Today that the blamed is a neighborhood for Himachal Pradesh and is accepted to have a criminal foundation. The 16-year-old Gudiya disappeared on July 4, 2017 while coming back from school. She was grabbed, posse assaulted and ruthlessly killed.
