Online Desk : A 14 Years old Christian girl Huma Younus , who lived in the Zia Colony located in Karachi, Pakistan , has been kidnapped and forcefully converted to Islam and then ‘married’ off to her abductor Abdul Jabbar. Huma , a class 8 student was kidnapped from her native place Karachi and then taken to Dera Ghazi Khan in Punjab.
According to multiple media reports, Huma Younus is kidnapped by three man from her home Karachi in October 2019. Journalist Naila Inayat tweeted “Huma Younus , 14 year old Christian girl from Karachi, kidnapped, forcibly converted to Islam and married off to her abductor Abdul Jabbar. … ”

While speaking to the media after a court hearing, Huma’s mother denied her abductor’s claims that Huma’s age is 18 years old. She questioned if they would not get any justice in Pakistan with it being an Islamic Nation.
After the incident came to light, netizens from India asking for Justice and sharing their arguments in favour of CAB (Citizenship Amendment Bill 22019) . They stressed upon the need of CAB with immediate effect so that Girls like Huma Younus would be able to escape Islamist persecution .

In recent years , Pakistan has been in news due to forced conversion of minorities especially Hindus and Christians. On December 11, upper house of Indian Parliament passed CAB 2019 , to secure citizenship of such minorities those who are feeling insecurities in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan and came to India to protect their religions.
