A 5.5 magnitude earthquake struck in Gujarat

Location : 122 KM north-northwest of Rajkot

Ahmadabad : According to National Center for Seismology (NCS). ‘An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 of Richter Scale struck 122 km north-northwest (NNW) of Rajkot , Gujarat at 8:13 pm (IST) on June 14’. Several parts of Gujarat including state capital Ahmadabad felt jolt. There was no immediate report of casualties or loss of property.

Earthquake struck in Kutch of Gujarat

NCW confirmed that an earthquake of 5.5 magnitude occurred at 8.13 P.M on Sunday at a depth of 10 KM in Gujarat’s Kutch district approximately 120 KM from Rajkot .The latitude and longitude of the epicenter have been verified as 23.3 N and 740.4 E respectively.
