Bombay High Court suspends FIRs against Arnab Goswami
Nothing Communal in Arnab’s Republic shows
Mumbai : The Bombay High Court, on Tuesday, granted interim relief to Republic media’s chief-editor Arnab Goswami , by staying the two FIRs filed by Mumbai Police against him over alleged communalization of the incidents of Plaghar mob lynching and the gathering of migrants at Bandra Railway Station.
A division bench of Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice Riyaz Chagla observed “Prima facie no case was made out against him”

The bench ordered that no coercive action should be taken against him .
The bench had reserved orders on the petitions on June 12.
