India-China violent Face-Off at Galwan Valley of Ladakh, Casualties suffered on both side
New Delhi : An Indian Army officer and two soldiers were martyred during a ‘violent face-off’ with Chinese troops in the Galwan valley area of the Ladakh on Monday night. Indian Army said on a statement (amend) “casualties suffered in both sides in ‘violent face-off’ during deescalation process with China in Galwan Valley of Ladakh”. Our source reporting that 5 Chinese soldiers have been killed & 11 highly injured during violent face-off at Galwan Valley. But, China still not confirmed their casualties during face-off.
A statement released by the Indian Army on Tuesday said the casualties were suffered on Monday night and that meeting is underway between senior officials of both militaries to defuse the situation.
“During the de-escalation process underway in the Galwan Valley, a violent face off took place yesterday night with casualties. The loss of lives on the Indian side includes an officer and two soldiers. Senior Military official of the two sides are currently meeting at the venue to defuse the situation” the Army said in a statement.

After , 1975 this is the first violent incident on the India-China border in which casualties have taken place. On Monday night (June 15) violent face-off at Galwan Valley of Ladakh , 5 People’s Liberation Army (PLA) soldiers were killed and 11 others injured . India also lost 3 soldiers during the Ladakh border Face-Off.
