From Make in India to ‘Assault in India’: Tejashwi Yadav pummels PM Modi, BJP
RJD pioneer Tejashwi Yadav on Friday inquired as to why Prime Minister Narendra Modi was “mum” on assaults in BJP-administered states, joining an expanding rundown of open figures who’ve denounced the affirmed gangrapes revealed in Unnao and Kathua.
The BJP represents Uttar Pradesh, where Unnao is found. Kathua is in Jammu and Kashmir, which is controlled by a PDP (People’s Democratic Party)- BJP organization.
“Make in India..,” Yadav composed toward the start of his tweet, alluding to the BJP government’s lead indigenous assembling drive – “…to Rape in India.”
Tejashwi had more inquiries: Why are on the whole ladies MPs, MLAs and clergymen of the BJP “tight-lipped” on such assaults? For what reason do they embrace a “particular, negative and religious approach” on wrongdoings against ladies?
Yadav made these comments on a day when Congress pioneers, including Rahul Gandhi, lead a candlelight vigil for the casualties of the Kathua and Unnao assault cases at India Gate in New Delhi.
Be that as it may, BJP pioneer Meenakshi Lekhi, amid a question and answer session, said Congress and the Opposition were “playing governmental issues over the issues.”
“You see their arrangement, first they yell ‘minority’, at that point ‘Dalit’, and now ‘ladies’ and afterward attempt to by one means or another fix fault of state issues on the Center. This while overlooking the strict move being made by state governments,” Lekhi said.
Tejashwi Yadav tweeted a riposte.
Dalits, minorities and ladies all are lovely manifestations of God, he said.
“In the event that BJP can’t regard and sensitivities (identify) with individuals, in the event that they can’t condemn bleeding attackers, at that point they are not believer(s) of mankind and God,” he included. “Such an untrustworthy and self absorbed explanation.”
