Tamil Nadu Corona positive cases crossed important 10000 marks. Tamil Nadu already beat Gujarat and Delhi and reach to second position in the national panel just after Maharashtra. The state COVID positive cases load has been increasing by at least 440 every day for the last 13 days with an average growth rate of 9 percent per day .

On May 15, Tamil Nadu reported total 434 corona positive cases . The total cases of novel coronavirus now crossed 10,000 marks (10,108) just behind Maharashtra which accounts 29,100. Check District wise list as per updated report on Friday (only positive cases)

Tamil Nadu Corona Update : Liquar Shops re-open

The Tamil Nadu government has come up with a set of rules after the Supreme Court allowed liquor shops to reopen in the state. A token system will be implemented and only 500 tokens will be given at each liquor shop everyday. The shops will be open from 10am to 5pm and masks are mandatory for customers. There will be no sale of liquor in COVID-19 hotspots Chennai and Thiruvallur besides malls and containment zones, the state said.
