The casualty, Dushyant Sharma, was held hostage by the charged, distinguished as Priya Seth (27), Dikshant Kamra (25) and Lakshya Walia (26), at their leased level in Bajaj Nagar with a rationale to blackmail cash from him, ACP (Jhotwara) Aas Mohammad said.

As per the ACP, the lady become a close acquaintence with Sharma on an interpersonal interaction application. On May 2, Seth welcomed the casualty to her level and requesting that he pay Rupees 10 lakh. At the point when the casualty denied, she debilitated to record an assault body of evidence against him, he said.

The lady and her two companions, who were likewise present at the level, later reallocated Sharma’s ATM card and called his dad requesting Rupees 10 lakh as payoff, following which the casualty’s dad kept Rupees 3 lakh into his financial balance, Mohammad said.

An exchange of Rupees 20,000 was produced using Sharma’s ATM card, the ACP said.

The three charged at that point strangulated Sharma and cleaved his body into pieces, he said.

As indicated by the police, the blamed have been associated with a few other criminal cases in the past also.
