Chennai, ANI : Tamil Nadu coronavirus updates as on Saturday (May 30). According to state health department, 938 new persons tested posigive for novel coronavirus taking the total tally to 21,184. Death toll stands at 160.

1. Number of active cases on date ( including isolation) – 9,021
2. Number of persons tested positive today in TN – 856
3. Passengers returned from other countries by International flights tested positive today – Kuwait -3
4. Passengers returned from other states by domestic airport tested positive today : Andhra Pradesh 1, Assam 1, Delhi 1, Gujarat 1, Jharkhand 1, Kanataka 1, Madhya Pradesh 1, Maharashtra 46, Uttar Pradesh 2, West Bengal 12
5. Total positive cases in the state today – 938
6. Total number of persons tested positive till date – 21,184
7. Number of covid-19 positive patients discharged following treatment today/ till date – 687/12,000
8. Total number of deaths today/ till date – 6/160
