Murshidabad coronavirus update today

Berhampore : Murshidabad district coronavirus updates as on May 24 (Sunday) . 9 COVID-19 positive reported today. The total number of coronavirus patients in Murshidabad climb to 42. Today, 9 positive cases registered from Burwan , Bharatpur, Nabagram, Domkal and Saghardighi. Also , one corona positive patient died in the district.

As per District Health Department data, a sum of 33, 872 other states returnees are under Home Quarantine. There are 3904 individuals in the administration isolate focus. Two coronavirus positive patients experiencing treatment in Kolkata.

However, the number of novel coronavirus infection in West Bengal rose by the highest margin of 208 new cases in the last 24 hours , taking the tally to 3667 on Sunday .

Out of 208 new cases , Kolkata registered 52, Howrah 48, Malda 31, Hooghly 20, Birbhum 2, North Dinajpur 13, Murshidabad 9, South 24 parganas 4, Purba Burdwan 2 and one each from Nadia & Paschim Burdwan.
