California: High tide brought flooding in Newport Beach, watch video
Streets in the Balboa Peninsula were flooded
Flooding was reported at Balboa Peninsula section of Newport beach on Friday afternoon following the National Weather Service (NWS) forecast. Footage of the flood shows water streaming through the streets and partially submerging the cars in the Peninsula park area.

Meanwhile, lifeguards have been seen wrapping blankets around people on the beach. There were no immediate reports of evacuations or injuries.
