Online desk : Japanese media reported that Kim Jong-un collapsed during a visit to rural area in April . According to the Japanese magazine Shukan Gendai report, ” during the visit to the countryside earlier this month, Kim clutched his chest and fell to the ground. A doctor accompanying Kim immediately carried out CPT and took him to a nearby hospital for emergency care”

The respective doctors also requested a medical team from China for assistance. The North Korean doctors performed cardiac surgery but there were complications due to the hereditary dictator’s obesity and the doctor’s anxiety.

Shukan Gendai subsequently detailed how the surgeon in charge of Kim’s operation was not used to dealing with obese patients and was too nervous during the operation, leading to delays that left Kim Jong-un in a “Vegetative State”

However, according to Reuters report , Beijing had dispatched a team that included medical experts to Pyongyang following conflicting reports regarding Kim’s dead .
